24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment we request you to do so 24-hours in advance of your original appointment. This is to ensure that our stylists will be able to adjust their schedule and accommodate clients on their waiting list. We do understand that unforeseeable and unavoidable issues can and do arise. In the case of an emergency we will of course do our best to work with you. However, clients who make last-minute cancellations and/or are no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee or full price of services booked. Thank you for your consideration and understanding, policies like these protect our staff from loss of revenue to be able to depend on their jobs for consistent income.
